President - Preside over board and booster meetings, coordinate booster activities, liaise with the public, professional staff, and school district officials.

Vice President - Community outreach and communications, maintaining the Booster social media accounts, and oversees corporate sponsorships for the band boosters.

Treasurer 1 - Financial oversight and management, accounts receivable and accounts payable, compliance with SSO rules as defined by the Sumner County School Board and the State of Tennessee.

Treasurer 2 - Financial oversight and management, accounts receivable and accounts payable, compliance with SSO rules as defined by the Sumner County School Board and the State of Tennessee.

Katy McDonald

Secretary - Record keeping at all booster meetings and distribution of those records to booster members. Maintain the roster of band members, alumni, donors, and volunteers. The secretary is also the lead chaperone and chaperone coordinator.

Jenny Colbert

Hospitality - Manages meals and snacks for the SCHS band activities when required. Meals may be provided for students, staff, and parent volunteers during band related activities such as practices, marching band or winter guard competitions, SCMI, and band banquets.

Michael Baranyay

SCMI Coordinator - The SCMI coordinator chairs the Station Camp Marching Invitational, which is the largest fundraising activity for the SCHS Band. This position requires significant project management skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate volunteers. The success of SCMI is crucial to enabling the financial health of the SCHS Band Boosters.

Jeremy Miller

Parliamentarian - The Parliamentarian is a non-voting, appointed position to the Board. The Parliamentarian is the ultimate authority, determining rules of procedure at Board meetings and all meetings of the Boosters
